Do you sell the products on your site?
WorkingWallet.com does not sell any of the products we list. We are a deals and voucher codes site that reports the very best deals and promotional discount codes offered by hundreds of merchants. Our editors search the Internet daily to find the best deals available on a variety of products. We aim to save our members both time and money by pointing them to the best bargain deals and voucher codes available on the web.
How do I buy a product from your site?
Each deal, promotional code, discount code or voucher code we list contains the merchant name and a link to the deal on the merchant's website. Click on this link and follow their instructions for making the purchase. If you have any questions about the product or the price, contact the merchant before you make the purchase.
How much is charged for shipping?
All shipping arrangements are handled by the merchant you're buying from - we do not ship any products. If you have any shipping questions, please contact the merchant before you complete your purchase.
If I purchase something from your site, can it be shipped internationally?
We do not sell any products and therefore do not ship any products. Each merchant will have different policies on international shipping. You will need to contact the merchant to find out if they will ship internationally.

Why did I see a better deal on another website than what you have on your website?
We will always endeavor to make sure that all our deals and voucher codes are the best available at that moment in time, but due to the fast changing nature of the web it is not always possible to monitor the price of every deal.

What is a voucher code?
Voucher codes are a great way to save money. Merchants use them to promote products, special offers or just to entice users to shop with them. Nothing beats getting a great deal so always search for a voucher code before making a purchase.
What is the difference between a voucher code, discount code, coupon code and promotional code?
Voucher codes, discount codes, coupon codes and promotional codes are all the same thing. Different stores simply use different manes. They are all codes to enable you to save money on your purchases.
How do voucher codes work?
In short - Very simply! Once you have decided which merchant store you want to buy from, simply click the use voucher code button. The merchant's site will open up.
Browser to the product you want to buy, add it to your basket and proceed as normal… As you go through the checkout process you will be prompted to add a voucher code – add the voucher code from our site and your discount will be applied.
When will the Store I'm buying from make the deduction?
Once you have added the product to your basket proceed through the checkout process as normal. During the checkout process you will be asked if you have a voucher code, promotional code or discount code. Simply enter the voucher code you have taken from workingwallet.com.
Having entered the voucher code the appropriate discount should be applied.
Note, all store checkout processes are different so on occasion you may have to keep a vigilant eye out for the discount box! If you get to the final checkout page before purchase finalization and the discount has not been applied you may wish to contact the merchant.
Are voucher codes free or do I have to pay to use WorkingWallet.com?
In a nutshell everything we offer is free and the voucher codes are free to use.
All you have to do is find the code that is applicable to the merchant store you want to shop at and use it. Please note some voucher codes are accompanied by Terms and Conditions stipulated by the merchant. Where possible we share these alongside the voucher code.
Do voucher codes expire?
Yes... The life time of a voucher is dictated by the merchant and not workingwallet.com. A merchant can stipulate any rules around their voucher codes they want. Some voucher codes can last for only a few days or only while stocks last while others can run for weeks.
How Much discount will I get?
This is totally dependent on the merchant and the promotion. A discount can be a monetary or percentage value or even services offering such as free postage and packaging. The offers are often dependant on the type of promotion the retailer wants to offer at the time.
What sort of different voucher codes offers are there?
There are various voucher code types:
- Monetary value such as £20 off you final purchase value or a specific product price
- Percentage value such as 20% off you final purchase value or a specific product
- Service offers such as free postage and packaging, gift wrapping etc
What do I do if a voucher code is not working?

What is a deal or promotion?
A deal or promotion is an advertised discount on a product or selection of products by merchant that does not require a voucher code to get access... It simply requires you to find the product and buy as normal for the reduced price.
What is the difference between a deal and promotion?
Deal
A deal is simply a product or collection of products for sale below their normal selling price but does not require the use of a voucher code. For example if a merchant discounts a product it would normally sell for £100 to half price £50 we may share this product on workingwallet.com so our users can make the most of it. Working Wallet.com is all about saving our users money so we spend time tracking down the best deals.
Promotions
Promotions are similar to deals but usually focus on an entire category or merchant for example if play.com does a sale on all Action DVDs then we would classify that as a promotion rather than deal.
How do I use a deal or promotion?
Very simply – just click the Go to Deal button on workingwallet.com and this will take you directly to the store where the deal is advertised and where possible we will link you directly to the page the deal is on. From there purchase the product as you normally would.
How long does deal or promotion last before expiring?
The length of time a deal or promotion lasts is completely up to the merchant store. Some deals and promotions last for weeks while other only last for days. Some deals or promotions may only be valid while stocks last so it is worth checking out our latest deals and promotions regularly. Join our email list to be kept up to date.

How do I search for a voucher code?
I know the retailer so how do I search for their voucher codes, for example Sainsbury?
If you know the merchant it is easy… Simply search for the merchants name in the search box located on the homepage. To make things easier we will automatically start to display merchant store names as you type – so as soon as you see the merchants name appear just click on it and we will display all the active voucher codes, deals and promotions.
If you have any difficulties finding the merchant when searching we also provide a full A-Z of our stores.
I want to search for a type of product and don’t mind which store I buy from. For example want to buy a Digital Camera.
This is easy with our search. For example if you want to see what voucher codes, deals or promotions we have listed relevant to digital cameras simply search for a digital camera. We will then search our entire database and present our findings back to you for your review.

What if there are no voucher codes, deals or promotions relevant to the store I want to shop with?
Unfortunately we cannot force merchants to have offers available. If we do not have any voucher codes, deals or promotions listed it may mean this store currently has no offers. Sign up to our Store Specific Newsletter and we will email you next time they have a voucher code, deal or promotion available.
How do I copy and use the voucher codes I find on workingwallet.com?
To use the voucher codes you find on workingwallet.com is easy.
- Click the ‘Click to Reveal Code + Visit Store’ button
- Once you have clicked this button the voucher code will be displayed. Highlight the code and copy. To copy a code you have 3 choices:
- Highlight the voucher code with the mouse, right click and select copy. This will now copy the voucher code to your clipboard (computer memory)
- Highlight the voucher code and click Edit in your internet browser menu and select copy. This will now copy the voucher code to your clipboard (computer memory)
- Highlight the voucher code and use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C. This will now copy the voucher code to your clipboard (computer memory)
- Once you have copied the code go to the merchant site (it should already be opened in a new window), purchase your item as normal and during the checkout process you will be asked to enter a voucher code. At this point past the voucher code you have just copied. To paste a code you have 3 choices:
- Place the mouse cursor where the code is due to be entered, right click and select paste.
- Place the mouse cursor where the code is due to be entered and click Edit in your internet browser and select paste.
- Place the mouse cursor where the code is due to be entered and use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V. This will now paste the voucher code into the box.
- Complete your purchase but remember to confirm that the relevant discount has been applied.
If for any reason you are unable to copy the code using your computer... you can always go retro and use pen and paper.
How do I use the voucher code on the merchant store?
Unfortunately all merchant sites are different so each site will place the box to enter a valid voucher code in a slightly different place! In general the voucher code box will appear during the checkout process, usually on the pre purchase summary page.
Once you have located the merchants voucher code entry box, copy the voucher code form workingwallet.com and paste it in the box. There should then be an option to recalculate your purchase.
The voucher code is not working
Unfortunately while we try and make sure only active voucher codes are listed on workingwallet all merchants retain the right to cancel a voucher code at any time. This may be due to the voucher code being subject to stock, or other factors.
